Price Shopping?
Price shopping for event entertainment is a difficult process, that is not an exact, apples to apples comparison. Prices differ widely in this industry and usually for good reason. A company's quality can't be judged on price alone. Companies should be fully vetted and a suitable budget established, before entrusting them to your once-in-a-lifetime event. DJ differences vary from attire they wear, certifications, awards, years of experience and natural talent for appropriate music selection and timing. Oftentimes couples don't realize how important those factors are until they are in the middle of their reception and it is not turning out as they had hoped. On lighting.....A DJ may offer a service they call a "lighting package" but that package may only contain 8, 12 or 16 light fixtures. A typical venue takes 20-24 light fixtures and the larger venues take 28-32 or more. Do they know your venue? Do they know where to place lighting fixtures at your venue to create a real wow factor? A photo booth seems pretty straight forward, until you realize their package comes with no prints, or no album, or no props, or no online gallery ....and if you want any of those, they are all extra fees. All That Events packages contain our BEST offering of each service. Due to the popularity of photo booths at weddings, many start up vendors have taken to the Southwest Florida wedding market thinking "how hard can this be?". We have sat through several weddings in the last couple years where we were another vendor (DJ, Up lighting, etc) and helplessly watched a stressed out photo-booth vendor try to get their photo booth to work or print all night, with the bride in tears.
There are always ways to reasonably cut costs and save money on your wedding. But, sometimes no amount of money is worth the stress that poor vendor choices can bring to a once-in-a-lifetime event.
This Price List is updated regularly and is our current pricing. We do things a little differently than most event companies. As far as we can tell, we are the only event company in the region to offer a full price-list up front. The only fee we charge in addition to this price list is a travel fee. Most travel fees typically range from $20 - $30.
